pkmntools.com is maintained by Yohan Arroyave, an individual based in Colombia. By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The generator and the PDFs
The placeholders and checklists the site generates are for personal use: organizing your binder and your collection. You may not sell them, include them in paid products, or present them as official material.
- They are not cards and do not replace real cards.
- They cannot be used for play or competition.
- You can share the link to the site with anyone; the PDF carries an origin mark that you must not remove.
Collection Tracker
You can create an account to save your collections. You are responsible for what you publish in names, descriptions and notes. Collections are private unless you make them public; a public collection can be seen by anyone with the link or with your username.
I may suspend an account or remove content that infringes third-party rights, is offensive or abuses the service. You can delete your account whenever you want by writing to me.
Intellectual property and trademarks
Pokémon, the character names and the card illustrations are trademarks and works of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company. pkmntools.com is a fan site with no affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any of them.
Card images appear as a visual reference to organize personal collections and to inform about their value, within the limits of fair use. Nothing on this site is an official product. The site's own texts, code and design are mine; you can quote them with a link to the source.
Content takedown
If you are a rights holder and believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to me at [email protected] with the exact link, which work or trademark is affected and a way to contact you. I remove the flagged content within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the notice and I reply to you.
The same applies if someone posts in a collection content that belongs to you or identifies you without permission.
Prices and market data
The prices you see come from TCGPlayer and, when there is no price there, from real sales on eBay, through data providers. They are updated periodically and may be delayed. They are informational: I do not guarantee their accuracy and they are not investment advice. Before buying or selling, check the price on the store or platform.
Affiliate links
Some links to stores (for example TCGPlayer, eBay or Amazon) may be affiliate links. If you buy through them I may receive a commission. The price you pay does not change and the links are labeled as such where they appear. My recommendations do not depend on that commission.
Advertising
The site may show Google AdSense ads to cover its costs. I do not control the specific ads you see. The use of advertising cookies depends on the consent you give; the details are in the Privacy policy.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as is and free of charge. I do my best to keep it online and error-free, but there may be outages, incomplete data or changes without notice. I am not liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on its data, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Colombia. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory rights your own legislation gives you.
Changes to these terms
If I change something relevant, I update the date on this page. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept it.
